2nd Annual Native Food Sovereignty Summit Scheduled for April 2014

The 2nd Annual Food Sovereignty Summit will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, April 14-17, 2014. Once again it is co-sponsored by the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, First Nations Development Institute, the Intertribal Agriculture Council and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

You won't want to miss it! Although the agenda is being developed now, it likely will  showcase sessions in areas such as food security, product marketing, food safety and policy, best practices, value-added products, youth and community engagement, conservation, crop plans, federal programs and small animals/livestock.
